We love students first, then we teach them.
Because before we can ask someone to learn, we have to make them feel seen, valued and safe enough to try. My work in student experience and holistic development has always been about creating the space for that to happen.Now, through Forest Rangers, I am taking that belief outdoors, where curiosity leads, nature teaches and children discover what they are capable of.Because some of life’s most powerful lessons are found beyond the classroom. 🌿

DESIGNING EXPERIENCES WITH PURPOSE
From the first spark of an idea, I shape the concept and strategy, bring people and resources together, and lead it through to execution. That means designing programmes, leading projects, organising large-scale events, and facilitating conversations that move ideas forward.The work doesn't end when the programme does. Evaluating impact, learning what worked, and finding ways to make the next one better are part of the process. Because the goal is simple:
To turn ideas into purposeful, engaging experience that makes a difference.

BACK TO LEARNING.
Maybe because I have always been curious about what happens when people are given the right space to learn, to try, to lead and to discover.I started my career in a classroom. Then came university life, where I began designing the experiences around learning.And now, Forest Rangers is my chance to create a different kind of childhood, the one filled with muddy shoes, brave choices, unexpected discoveries and stories children will remember long after the day is over.Because the real adventure is not about the mountain they climb or the trail they conquer. It is the person they discover along the way.

Before a child can learn, they need to feel seen. Before they can find their voice, they need to know someone believes in it.

Because we can teach them the skills. We can guide the experience. But the moment a child realises, “I can do this”, that moment is theirs.

Not everything needs to be taught.Some things are discovered through trying, questioning, getting it wrong, starting again and finding your own way.Sometimes, the best thing we can do is make room for the experience.

For more than a decade, my role has been less about leading from the front and more about knowing when to step in, when to step back, and when to simply let them figure it out.I give students the space to make decisions, take risks and sometimes get it wrong. When they come to me, I offer perspectives, possibilities and questions but the decision remains theirs.Sometimes they get it right. Sometimes they don't. And that is part of the learning. The goal was never to build leaders who need me. It is to help build leaders who eventually don't.
